Lower rate must be for the same type of accommodations and over the same dates.
Guarantee does not include rates that have been negotiated by the hotel with corporations, membership rates (AAA, AARP, Industry Rates), government, opaque providers, promotional rates; only publicly available rates.
You must hold a confirmed reservation made through desertdiamondcasino.com with a confirmation number.
If a lower rate is found on any other website due to currency exchange rate and/ or rounding applied on the third party website, the Guarantee does not apply.
